Mission

To Improve Your Product and Productivity

Our team of Ph.D. scientists mission is to collaborates with you to help develop goal-directed solutions for product and productivity improvement. We are delighted to discuss the background of your materials and their production or supply, define the materials characteristics needed for your application, help you define the tasks necessary to address your requirements, produce the needed materials characterization by means of a timely and economically sensible analysis, and discuss the solution pathway elucidated by the analytical results obtained.

To achieve our mission, our laboratory capabilities and experience give us many powerful tools to apply to your materials and process evaluations to enhance your product and productivity. We produce comprehensive written reports to ensure that you can fully understand and independently examine the analytical results and conclusions. This establishes a documented history for future process and product development and quality control issues.  It is usually a great idea to also characterize your materials when all appears fine as a baseline for comparison should any future problems with your materials or their processing occur. Such baseline materials characterization also often leads to insightful understanding of your materials, which may better allow you to see improvements you can make now. When you obtain materials from a supplier, it can also aid you in more properly specifying the materials you are purchasing. This is an important step in assuring future quality control.

We are your path to replacing speculation with understanding, whether your interest is to have a better characterization of your materials, to develop a new material or process, or to address problems due to contamination, corrosion, process control, vendor error, intellectual property theft or fraud, a new property requirement, or the usual unruly suspects.”
