Water spot on ceramic floor tile after distilled water dried on its surface
Distilled water was place on a ceramic floor tile glazed surface which had been cleaned. The distilled water beaded up and was allowed to dry in ambient laboratory air. Water spots such as this remained due to leaching material from the floor tile.
